14-day returns
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
How to return an item
- Contact us through our contact page within 14 days of delivery and tell us your order number.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
Condition of returned items
Please return the item in its original packaging with all accessories. You may handle the product to inspect it as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
For safety reasons, nails that have been removed from their packaging cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive the item, we will refund you within 14 days using the original payment method. Original delivery is free, so there is no delivery charge to refund.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
